The Jazz Education Network (JEN) is a nonprofit organization founded to serve the jazz arts community and fulfill its mission to advance education, promote performances, and develop audiences. Although JEN must remain a nonpartisan organization standing apart from the political positions and beliefs of our members, we strongly encourage our members to individually participate in the political process, donate to advocacy organizations, and take an active role in our democracy to effect positive change concerning important civil rights and social issues. JEN aspires to uplift and bring people together, regardless of their differences and beliefs, through the music we all love.
