A Corporate or Institution Membership required to exhibit with company/institution name.

A Chapter Membership may purchase a Booth to display the chapter name and conduct chapter business only (not a business or institution).

EXHIBITOR OPTIONS

• 10′ x 10′ Booth purchasers are allotted four registration badges per booth space and the ability to purchase two additional staffing badges for $75 each. 10′ x 10′ Booths available in both Sound and Quiet Zones. NOTE: 10’x10′ booths receive mid-to-front placement in Quiet Zone.
• 8′ x 10′ Booth purchasers are allotted two registration badges per booth space and the ability to purchase two additional staffing badges for $75 each.  8′ x 10′ booths receive rear-to-mid placement and are available in Quiet Zone only.
• Tabletop purchasers are allotted one registration badge per tabletop and the ability to purchase one additional staffing badge for $75 each. Note: Tabletops are available to institution, chapter, and individual members only and cannot be purchased by corporate members.  Regular Tabletops receive placement near the rear of the Quiet Zone only. Premium Tabletops receive placement in a high-visibility area.
• Additional badges beyond the stated policy are charged Full Registration for the conference.

REQUIRED EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:

In order to complete your exhibitor booth registration, you will need the following information. DO NOT continue registration unless you have the following information.

• Primary Contact Name – this is the person with whom JEN should communicate about all booth-related matters.
• Primary Contact Email and Phone
• Company Name (for display / print)
• Company Address
• Company Description
• Company Website URL
