BOARD OF DIRECTOR INFORMATION

Please read the information, including the Board Service Goals & Responsibilities carefully before submitting.

ATTENDANCE:

The board will meet three (3) times annually. Attendance at the Board Meetings is Mandatory. Two meetings will be conducted virtually, while a 2-day in-person meeting will be scheduled to take place at JEN’s Annual Conference. Additional Board Meetings online as needed.

July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2028
Meetings
- Summer 2027 (Hybrid In-Person/Virtual)
- Jan 9 – 12, 2028 – 19th Annual JEN Conference New Orleans, LA (In-Person)
- March 2028 (Virtual)

Board Term 28-29

July 1, 2028 – June 31, 2029
Meetings
- Summer 2028 (Hybrid In-Person/Virtual)
- Jan 3 – 6, 2029 – 20th Annual JEN Conference Dallas, TX (In-Person)
- March 2029 (Virtual)

EXPENSES:

- Travel expenses to and from all in-person board meetings will be the responsibility of the board member.
- Housing for board members at the annual JEN Conference will be provided to attend board meetings and the duration of the conference.
- Housing expenses for any voluntary in-person meetings (including Hybrid meetings, if applicable) will be the responsibility of the board member.
