Rental space is offered on a first come-first served basis to all JEN member attendees and exhibitors.

SPACE RENTAL: Tell us about the type of event for which you rented space.

Food & Beverage Requests Directly through the Hotel Only

Any and all food & beverage MUST be contracted for your event through the hotel convention services manager assigned to JEN. Contact information will be provided to you to arrange food & beverage for your event if desired once your event has been officially scheduled in a JEN controlled event space on site.

FIRST CHOICE: Choose only ONE option in any of the following blocks of time as your event START TIME. The JEN Conference Coordinator will be in touch to work with you in scheduling your event based on the start time and the number of hours you have indicated above.
SECOND CHOICE: Choose only ONE option in any of the following blocks of time as your event START TIME.
THIRD CHOICE: Choose only ONE option in any of the following blocks of time as your event START TIME.
Select any & all times that you do not wish to have your event scheduled. This information should not conflict with your three start time choices above.
If you are planning a rehearsal on site, JEN may or may not be able to provide backline. Backline requests are limited to the following: (check all requested)
