ATTENTION
This page is for registering ADULT CHAPERONES / ADDL. DIRECTORS, STUDENT TEACHERS, TOUR GUIDES, etc. who are traveling with all large groups.
ONLY the group director or primary contact should use this page.
DO NOT complete this process until you have REGISTERED your ensembles (JJF & School/University/Community Performing Groups).
DO NOT complete this process until you are ready to register ALL chaperones, addl. directors, & addl. adults at the SAME TIME.
Chaperone / Additional Adult Registration Guidelines
You will receive 1 free chaperone / adult registration for every 5 (or fraction thereof):
- Paid JJF Participant registrations
- School / University / Community Performer registrations
- Paid Student Attendee registrations
Examples:
- JJF:Â If you paid for 11 JJF Participant fees ($275), you will receive 3 free chaperone / adult registrations.
- School / University / Community Performing Groups:Â If you registered 28 performers with your performing group(s), you will receive 6 free chaperone / adult registrations.
- Attending (Paying) Large Groups:Â If you paid for 17 attendee registrations, you will receive 4 free chaperone / adult registrations.
Important Information – Please Read:
1. Required Attendee Information
- To complete the registration process for your group you will need the following information for EACH attendee..
- First & Last Name
- A UNIQUE email address (each attendee must be registered under their own email address. You cannot use the same email address for more than 1 person.)
2. Register Each Chaperone Once
- You only need to complete the chaperone registration process one time. Regardless of how many groups you are bringing to the conference, you should register each chaperone once.
3. Payment of Fees
- Should you exceed your free badge allotment (see “guidelines” above), you will be billed $100 per additional badge. Payment is due by Dec. 10, 2024.
